What you pay vs. what your customer pays

You (the business)

Your subscription starts at $24.95/month. PayPort charges 0% additional transaction fee on Card, ACH, and Digital Dollar payments — 0% transaction fees on USDC. Card and ACH are processed by Stripe; Stripe processing fees apply. Eligible Business Wallet transactions include sponsored Base network fees, subject to fair-use and sponsorship limits.

Your customer

Your customer pays the invoice total. PayPort does not add a separate checkout surcharge. Card and ACH go through Stripe; Digital Dollar payments send USDC to your Business Wallet.

Invoice Chaser is included — automated follow-up on unpaid invoices, not a separate add-on.

FAQ

Do I need to choose PayPort Direct Plus when I sign up?: No. New customers start with PayPort Direct at $24.95/month. If your USDC Direct volume grows beyond $10,000, we'll notify you and schedule Plus for your next billing period.
What happens if I go over $10,000 in USDC payments?: Nothing interrupts your payments. Your account becomes eligible for PayPort Direct Plus at $49.95/month beginning with your next billing period. Plus supports up to $50,000 in USDC Direct volume. Card and ACH volume does not count toward these thresholds.
Do you charge a per-transaction PayPort fee?: No. PayPort Direct does not add a percentage-based transaction fee. Stripe processing fees apply to Card and ACH. PayPort charges 0% transaction fees on USDC payments.
Do I need Stripe for Digital Dollar / USDC?: No. Digital Dollar payments use your Business Wallet and do not require Stripe Connect. Stripe Connect is for Card and ACH.
